 Laminated
air filter media rolls from Delta Filtration
are a superior air filter product. Air filter
manufacturers with pleating machines will find
them ideally suited for the production of
HVAC pleated filters.
The rolls are available in a polyester-cotton
blended media or a polypropylene meltblown media, depending
on the required efficiency.
The air filter media is laminated with
expanded metal for structural support. The metal is
hot dip galvanized for prevention against rust damage.
This layer of expanded metal is attached to the downstream
side of the fabric using a hot-melt adhesive. The lamination
process ensures that the media will overlap the metal
by a minimum of 10mm, ensuring easy assembly of the
final filter.
The laminated rolls are available in a
variety of efficiencies from 25% to 95% + and can be
used on any suitable pleating machine.
