Pleated Panel Filters from Delta Filtration utilize
pleated air filter media which is high performance,
non-woven, reinforced cotton/poly fabric. The Delta
Delpleat is an extended surface pleated panel filter
with a reinforced cotton/poly fabric and a heavy-duty,
moisture resistant cardboard frame.
Delpleat panel filters employ an exclusive
"radial V" pleat design. This guarantees total
usage of the filter media, and maximum dust holding
capacity. This affords the user a greatly extended service
life.
Delpleat panel filters' media support
is an "expanded diamond" grid with 98% open
area. The filter media is chemically bonded to the media
support to ensure pleat stability throughout the life
of the panel filters.
The panel filter's enclosing frame is
constructed of rigid, heavy-duty, moisture resistant
cardboard. The support members, which are an integral
part of the frame, are bonded to each pleat on the air-entering
and air-exit side to ensure pleat spacing and stability.
The filter pack is bonded to the inside periphery of
the frame to eliminate the possibility of air bypass.
The Delpleat is certified as UL class 2. Delpleat panel
filters are available in G4 to F9 efficiencies.
