Pleated air filters are an important part of
Delta Filtration's product range, and are supplied
in convenient pleat packs. The purpose of the pleats
is to provide the maximum filtration area for a given
volume. Delta Filtration's pleated filters are provided
to meet the needs of a variety of filter manufacturers.
These conveniently packaged pleated filters are ideally
suited to the manufacturer that does not have a pleating
machine.
Pleated air filters from Delta Filtration
are available in two media types, polyester-cotton and
meltblown polypropylene, in efficiencies from 25% to
95% .
The media is laminated with an expanded
metal support grid for increased structural support.

The pleated air filters are produced on
a high-speed blade pleater and are packed in a cardboard
cover for protection.
The finished product is sold in packs
of 200, 250, or 500, depending on the media type. Standard
pleat depths are 1"(22mm), 2"(47mm) and 4"(94mm),
although other sizes can be produced to suit your individual
requirements.
Delta Filtration is a registered member
of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration
and Air Conditioning Engineers). Our filtration products
perform to ASHRAE Standard 52.1 and 52.2 and to Eurovent
EN 779.
