Pocket Filters from Delta Filtration

Delta Filtration's Pocket air filters can truly be said to be a next-generation air filter product which meets both customer and environmental needs.

Ultraseal pocket filters benefit from the Ultraseal process. The Ultraseal process is a unique and innovative design for the manufacture of synthetic pocket filters using modern welding techniques. Manufactured on a state-of-the-art ultrasonic machine the product is available as rolls or as individual pockets.

A high dust holding capacity for the pocket filters is achieved by the lofted nature of the microfibrous filter media when combined with a prefilter layer manufactured from 100% polypropylene.

Internal seals of the pocket filters are designed to withstand burst pressure in excess of 1000Pa while the absence of needle holes and hot-melt gives an aesthetically pleasing, leak free product.

Using Continuously Welded Spacer (C.W.S.) technology, 6 rows of internal spacers of spunbond media are provided to allow the pocket filters to inflate and provide an even airflow distribution, resulting in full utilization of the air filter as well as much reduced initial resistance. Each separator is welded to the top and bottom layers of media; the result is a strong seal, capable of withstanding high pressures of over 1000 Pa.

• Ultraseal Plus is available as pockets or rolls.
• Dimensions of rolls: 675 mm. x 150 metres.
• Dimensions of pockets: Width is standard at 675 mm. but depth can vary to suit requirements.
• Environmentally acceptable: Disposal is easily effected with minimal damage to the environment.
